Registration at the match when arriving is not necessary. You just have to show up on your stage saturday morning - Look at ipscmatch.de for your squad-number, and look at the timeschedule below to see where you start (hint: starting saturday at the same stage as your squad-number). If you ordered t-shirts, they can be collected friday 15:00-18:00, or they will be delivered to your stage saturday morning.
Your personal invitation can be downloaded at ipscmatch.de. Log in with the original password that was send to you at registration. Just to the right of your competitornumber is a link to the invitation - with YOUR name on it ;-)
Rooster 2023 will be held August 5.-6. 2023, with prematch on August 3.-4. There will also be slots for sale for thursday/friday-shooting. If you want to shoot thursday/friday - please sign up for the waitinglist - and send us an e-mail at henrik@lerfeldt.dk and i will make the move.
Payment…. If You for some reason can not pay with paypal, then our SWIFT is: DABADKKK - and our IBAN is: DK0630000010466083. Do not forget to explain what you are paying for.
Waitinglist…. If you are on the waitinglist, and want to get a slot - please pay the matchfee. We do pick shooters from the waitinglist who paid, when other shooters resign.
Cancellations….
If for some reason, you are not able to attend, you can cancel until May 31, 2023 - and have all your money refunded.
If You cancel during June, we will refund 50%.
If You cancel during July and August, we refund nothing.
The slots are personal and can not be sold.
